Refund policy

At TRAVIAANA LLP, we aim to provide a transparent and hassle-free experience when it comes to cancellations and refunds. As a travel service aggregator, we facilitate bookings for flights, hotels, cabs, visas, and other travel-related services through trusted third-party providers. Our refund and cancellation policies are aligned with those of our partners.

 

1. General Guidelines

  • All cancellations and refund requests must be initiated through support@traviaana.com or via your user dashboard (if available).
  • Refund eligibility and amount depend on the terms and conditions of the respective service provider (airline, hotel, visa agency, etc.).
  • TRAVIAANA LLP will process the refund only after receiving confirmation and settlement from the service provider.

 

2. Flight Bookings

  • Refundable Tickets: Eligible for refund after deduction of airline cancellation charges and TRAVIAANA service fee (₹300 per passenger per sector).
  • Non-Refundable Tickets: Only statutory taxes may be refunded.
  • No-Show: No refund is applicable if the passenger fails to check in on time.
  • Rescheduling: Permitted as per airline policy. Fare difference and change fee apply.

 

3. Hotel Bookings

  • Free Cancellation Hotels: Full refund if cancelled within the free cancellation window.
  • Non-Refundable Hotels: No refund applicable.
  • Partial Refunds: Subject to hotel policy and timing of cancellation.

 

4. Cab Bookings

  • Cancellations up to 24 hours before pickup: Full refund (minus service fee).
  • Cancellations within 24 hours: Partial or no refund depending on the cab provider’s policy.

 

5. Visa Services

  • Visa processing fees are non-refundable once the application is submitted to the embassy or consulate.
  • In case of rejection, no refund is provided by the visa partner.

 

6. Refund Timelines

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days after confirmation from the service provider.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

 

7. Important Notes

  • TRAVIAANA LLP is not responsible for delays in refunds caused by third-party providers.
  • Promotional or discounted bookings may carry different cancellation terms.
  • Service fees charged by TRAVIAANA are non-refundable.
